Levels of Entrepreneurial Tendency and of Interpersonal Communication Competence of Students in an Associate Degree in Hospital Management Course

O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar a tendência empreendedora e o nível de competência comunicação interpessoal estudantes do Curso Superior Tecnologia (CTS) em Gestão Hospitalar. Foi realizado um transversal, natureza quantitativa, multicêntrico, que congregou duas das quatro instituições federais ofertam no Brasil. A coleta dados aconteceu forma online, julho 2021, partir formulário eletrônico composto por três seções: caracterização dos participantes; Teste Tendência Empreendedora Geral (TEG); Escala Competência Comunicação Interpessoal (ECCI). Utilizou-se estatística descritiva inferencial para análise dados. amostra composta 142 estudantes, com idade média 26,65 (±8,8) anos, prevalência mulheres (109; 76,8%) cursaram ensino médio totalmente escola pública (95; 66,9%). dimensão TEG melhor desempenho “Impulso Determinação”, 9,08. Nas dimensões “Tendência Criativa” “Propensão Riscos Calculados” nenhum participante obteve pontuação máxima. Quanto à ECCI, total (65,10) revelou bom interpessoal. maior obtida domínio “Autorrevelação”, enquanto menor “Manejo Interações”. Elucidou-se muito baixo geral nos CTS Hospitalar, revela caminhos possíveis melhoria na educação curso.
